The process:
Size
First, you need to decide the best size canvas for your custom project. Making a decision can often be hard, I can help you make the best decision based on your vision. At that time I only take commission sizes up to 20 x 20 inches.
Inspiration
It can help for me to see your space, either through photos or in person (if in Sea to Sky corridor), to get a feel for the surrounding atmosphere (wall color, fabric swatches, light, overall mood, etc.)
I appreciate any inspiration you can provide & any personal photographs/landscapes/locations inspired by my work you would like me to work from.
Process
I bring you along the painting process, starting by sharing my sketch, followed by a weekly updates.
Pricing
My prices for commissions are based on size and start at about $1400, with most clients spending around $2000-3500 per piece. Compared to my ready-to-ship collection paintings, they run about 15% more to account for the time spent putting together a cohesive piece that meets all of your custom wishes. My rates are 1.7$ CAN per square inches and I request a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, with the remaining balance, plus shipping, due once your painting is complete.
