When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email confirming that your artwork has been added to our production schedule. When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a second email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
What is the refund policy?
30-Day Return Policy. We Accept returns on open edition prints within 30 days after delivery. We do not accept returns on Originals, Limited Edition Prints or Commissions.
Damaged products?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact studiovictoireperez@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
