Victoire Perez

Victoire Perez, an independent oil painter, was born and raised in the French Alps and now resides in Canada’s Sea to Sky region. She began painting at the age of seven in Annecy, France, and her artistic journey has been deeply influenced by her passion for outdoor adventures, including snowboarding, horseback riding, and fly fishing in remote rivers.

Victoire’s work, created primarily with oil and oil pastels, is a vibrant expression of her deep connection to the wilderness. She employs bold, unconventional colours and oversaturated imagery to convey the emotional intensity she experiences in nature. Her paintings do more than depict landscapes; they embody the untamed freedom and boundless energy that the mountains, rivers, and valleys evoke within her.

Through her art, Victoire aims to stir a sense of wanderlust and awaken the wild spirit in others. Her pieces invite viewers to step into a world where nature’s grandeur meets raw human emotion, offering a vivid and adventurous exploration of life’s wildest places.

“I always knew I was meant to get my hands full of paint and make people smile”
